Our Policy & Returns
At Pavers Mart, we are committed to providing high-quality natural stone and paving products. To ensure a smooth experience and clear expectations, please review our official policies regarding product characteristics, installation, and returns.
1. Natural Stone Characteristics & Variations
Stone is a natural product, quarried from the earth. Each piece is unique and subject to inherent natural variations.
Color & Texture: Variations in shade, tone, and texture are to be expected. Samples provided are intended as a guide only and may not perfectly represent the entire batch.
Natural Imperfections: Products may feature unique markings, mineral veins, or minor edge chipping.
Non-Defect Status: These natural variations and minor imperfections are not considered manufacturing defects. Consequently, claims for returns, refunds, or exchanges based on these characteristics will not be accepted.
2.Wastage & Ordering Advice
Wastage Allowance: We strongly recommend ordering an additional 5-10% above your actual measurements. This accounts for necessary cuts, potential breakages during installation, and the selection of natural variations to suit your aesthetic preference.
Batch Consistency: Natural stone varies from batch to batch. If you require additional stock for a previous order, we cannot guarantee an exact color or texture match, as variations occur between different shipments.
3. Installation is Acceptance
Final Inspection: It is the responsibility of the customer or their contractor to inspect the goods before installation.
No Claims Post-Installation: Once the pavers have been installed, laid, or modified in any way, they are deemed accepted by the customer. No claims for color, texture, size variations, or visible defects will be accepted after the product has been installed.
4.Damages, Shortages & Discrepancies
We take great care in fulfilling your order, but please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival.
48-Hour Reporting: Any damages, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported to Pavers Mart in writing (via email) within 48 hours of delivery.
Evidence Required: Reports must include clear photographic evidence of the damaged goods as they arrived in their original, unopened packaging.
5. Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns for “change of mind” under the following conditions:
Timeframe: You must notify us within 7 days of delivery for change-of-mind requests. The return must be completed within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Condition: All items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price (or a minimum of $70, whichever is greater) applies to all returns.
Shipping Costs: Original delivery fees are non-refundable. All costs and risks associated with returning the goods to our designated location are the responsibility of the customer.
