Production description
Forest Grey Quartz Cobblestones combine grey, charcoal, silver and earthy tones in a natural split finish. Their compact format creates a detailed surface for pathways, courtyards and landscape accents. The varied stone colours work well with greenery, concrete and timber, adding texture without dominating the overall outdoor design.
The small stone format introduces more joints and visual detail than large-format paving. This can help define a border, highlight an entrance or give a courtyard a more traditional character. Consider the joint colour alongside the stone, as the contrast will influence how strongly the finished pattern is expressed.
Choose the available size and thickness to suit the layout and installation method. Larger pieces create fewer visible joints, while smaller formats can offer more flexibility around edges and changes in shape. Plan the setting-out lines, grout colour and perimeter cuts together to achieve a balanced finished surface.
Natural stone benefits from an installation and maintenance system selected for the material and intended location. Confirm substrate preparation, drainage, jointing and sealing requirements with your installer. Use a cleaner suitable for the stone, clean spills promptly and avoid unapproved acidic or abrasive products. Request a sample to assess colour and texture before ordering; samples indicate the general appearance and cannot represent every piece in a complete delivery.

Installation
1. Plan the layout
Blend the stone and dry-lay a small area. For sheets, stagger their outlines so the grid does not dominate the finished paving.
2. Match the base to the load
Prepare a stable base with drainage falls. Driveways require a load-designed base and fixing system; do not assume the sheet thickness alone makes an installation vehicle suitable.
3. Support each stone
Use a stone-compatible bedding or adhesive system. Make sure individual cobbles are properly supported; mesh backing is not a structural base.
4. Joint and finish
Use a grout or jointing system suitable for the joint width and traffic. Provide movement joints and clean residue before it sets.
5. Cure and maintain
Let the adhesive and grout cure before use. Test a compatible stone sealer before applying, following its label. Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acid washes.
